From the West (Brighton, London via A27)

Travel along the A27 following signs to Eastbourne. At traffic lights (SP Polegate, Willingdon, Wannock, Jevington) turn right onto A2270. Pass straight through next set of traffic lights and continue on the A2270 until you reach Willingdon Roundabout. Take the 1st exit off roundabout onto the A2021. At Decoy Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A2021. At hospital mini-roundabout continue straight over and at Rodmill roundabout continue straight over. At Bedfordwell Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A2021 and continue through set of traffic lights, turning immediately left after the second set of lights into Waterworks Road. Turn right into Moy Avenue and left into Courtlands Road. Cliffe Enterprise is located on the left.

From the North via A22

Travel along A22 following signs to Eastbourne. At Cophall Roundabout take 3rd exit (SP A27, Brighton, Newhaven, Lewes) and continue forward onto the A2270. Pass through set of traffic lights where the A27 merges with A2270 and then pass straight through next set of traffic lights and continue on the A2270 until you reach Willingdon Roundabout. Take the 1st exit off roundabout onto the A2021. At Decoy Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A2021. At hospital mini-roundabout continue straight over and at Rodmill roundabout continue straight over. At Bedfordwell Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A2021 and continue through set of traffic lights and turning immediately left after the second set of lights into Waterworks Road. From the East (Hastings, Battle via A259)

Travel along the A259, taking the 3rd exit at Pevensey Roundabout onto the A27 (SP Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne). At the next mini-roundabout take 1st exit and then 2nd exit at the next roundabout onto Golden Jubilee Way (A22). At the next roundabout bear to the left and continue along A22, taking 2nd exit at next mini roundabout. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A259 (SP Town Centre, Seaford). At traffic signals (SP Seaford, General Hospital) turn right onto the A2021. Turn right into Waterworks Road. Turn right into Moy Avenue and left into Courtlands Road. Cliffe Enterprise is located on the left.
