Our Print Process
Cliffe Enterprise uses a consortium of competitive suppliers covering every aspect of the printing industry. Each supplier has been carefully selected using our best of breed policy and they share the same environmental, cultural and ethical values whilst providing industry leading services focused on a customer first approach. New suppliers are encouraged to ensure we are constantly keeping abreast with new developments and opportunities.
We begin each job by producing a project plan which takes into account any potential problems that we can perceive. Each individual component is then matched to the optimum supplier and from this point we can manage each job and compare its progress and quality to the planned path. It is common to all projects that the chosen supplier must have enough capacity to produce our project and excess capacity and infrastructure within the factory. This ensures that if an unforeseeable problem arises then we have the capacity available to move within the site.
Our core suppliers within the consortium are mirrored so in extreme circumstances a project can be relocated to another site. We source and purchase our own paper for each project which is highly attractive to our printers as the value added is greatly increased, resulting in very advantageous prices being offered to us. This, together with our volume buying power, enables us to offer highly competitive prices to our clients without compromising quality. Our security of service and quality is guarded by the most up-to-date, fully accredited SGS ISO 9001:2000 assurance scheme. It should be noted that in all our years of trading we have never had a contract terminated.
